- 初心者の私でも作れた、簡単クッキングシリーズです^^
マスカルポーネチーズとは海外のちょっとお高いチーズです。
クリームチーズでも作れますが、チーズケーキに等しい味がしますので
出来ればマスカルポーネチーズを使ってください^^
砂糖の量などは好みで変えて頂いても大丈夫です。
動画で使った道具の殆どはダイソーやセリアなどの
100円ショップで揃えられます。
材料(3人~4人分)
・卵黄 2個
・グラニュー糖 80g
・生クリーム 100ml
・マスカルポーネチーズ又はクリームチーズ 200g
・カステラ 適量
・ココアパウダー適量
・ミントはお好みで
コーヒー液
・インスタントコーヒー 大さじ1・5
・ブランデー 大さじ2
・お湯 80ml Хобби

I don't use sponge cake, but I use Savoiardi, anywhere you are so good!
For people in the U.S. who are wary about eating raw eggs, you can replace the yolk/sugar mixture in this recipe with a cooked custard recipe. Any standard egg-based vanilla pudding recipe is fine. You can even flavor the custard with anything you want. But to make sure this substitution isn't totally meaningless, you need to cook your custard to a certain temperature that kills microbes. Many custard recipes don't have you heat the custard hot enough, or hold it at that temperature for long enough time to kill any microorganisms present because the eggs can easily curdle, so it becomes pretty pointless.
I think using lady fingers is better than sponge cake...
but i believe this tiramisu is yummy XD
Raw eggs will be safe to eat if u put the egg mixture on top of a double-boiler & quickly whisk them to combine so that the eggs wont be too cooked 👌
Still too scared to use raw eggs? Just use whipping cream 😄
Or they can use pasteurized eggs :)
+Sethy K.H. u can use egg yolk to make a custard and combine it with cream and mascapone. I did it and taste awesome as well.

I had tiramisu one time.
The coffee powder was very bitter, but I enjoyed the whipped cream and strawberries on top, and the creamy pudding part.
It's hard to remember what it was like, since I only had tiramisu the one time in my life.
what tiramisu is so good i need to make once a month i make tiramisu every month and this month i made it two times ! i love tiramisu so much !
Are you sure the powder was not Cocoa powder? Coffee powder would make it almost impossible to eat because of how bad it would taste..!

For all those who complains about the raw eggs: eating raw eggs in Japan is common and safe. If you want to try out this recipe without the eggs being raw you can always mix them on top of pot with hot water and constantly mix.

For a cake, lady fingers are usually used, but I guess for a cup they wouldn't work. And people stop commenting on raw eggs, educate yourself.

The only mistake you make is that when add whipped cream to Mascarpone cheese + egg yolk mixture, you FOLD it, not WHISK. Otherwise, you'll end up releasing the air inside the whipped cream which makes it runny and lose its fluffy texture.

mascarpone cheese works best for tiramisu i always make it with mascarpone cheese
LOVE Tiramisu!!! I don't use any egg or alcohol, and I use decaf coffee. It's my favourite dessert - you have cake (or biscuits), cream, and coffee :) Perfect!

Normally,. you would use Amaretto for Tiramisu, but I guess Brandy works too if you don´t have almond liqueur.
